Our client, a passenger car dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager to manage their service department in Kuwait. The role is a hands-on management opportunity to initiate changes and lead a multi-national workforce in a dynamic and forward thinking dealer group.

The Role

• Lead a multi-national workforce within the workshop, service reception, warranty and administrative team
• Set and maintain high operational standards for the business
• Agree budgets, forecasts and KPIs for the business
• Operate an efficient and profitable business
• Highlight and rectify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Ensure CSI remains above targets
• Manage and close customer complaints effectively
• Report on departmental performance on a monthly basis
• Aftersales marketing
• Staffing - appointment, training, development, appraisals etc.

Who we're looking for

• Service Manager in a franchised car dealership for at least three years
• Middle East experience an advantage
• UK Plc or large car dealer group experience considered
• Arabic speaking desirable
• Highly resilient and target focussed
• Financial understanding (P&L reporting)
• Coaching and motivational skills
